Does Paris Terrorism Mark the End of the Cabal?

In the wake of "Biblical" events by the dozens with countless dates of doom attached to them all came and gone time and time again that were supposed to end us all; only one topic remains the most important. Truth. Yes, that all too familiar word that the powers who were have spent trillions of our tax dollars on world wide to keep away from us and many generations past. What does it mean anymore? Why should we care? How do we separate truth from fiction? Questions which permeate our minds on one level or another after we roll ourselves out of our beds and grind through our day. Often in a perpetual state of cosmic mist and untold numbers of blinking, brain scrambling screens. Another terrorist attack and another government mandated media frenzy to burn some brainwashed ass hat scapegoat at the stake for the sole purpose of creating the typical frenzy of hate between various subsets of mankind.

Fourteen years ago, I began a spiritual journey of proportions which no amounts of description available in any language on Earth could define. It has taken me through places and states of being few people would either understand nor even admit to experiencing,had they been subjected to such horrors and blessings alike. I learned many things from this journey. I have also been given the ability to see things for what they are. Without needing to spend days and weeks researching to find what they all mean.

These false flag events have been thrown at us in short order. With political fatheads pouncing on them while immediately throwing their agendas all over the place and attaching their puppeteer tirades of lies and sheep logic at their foundations.

Ten people get shot by some goon either paid off or drugged into an aggressive psychosis. Or both. Then Obama or any number of corrupt politicians in the land of lies and treason try to drill into peoples' heads that guns need to be taken away from the populace. Speak to an informed Australian or Londoner about what that has done for their country. More gun crime committed by criminals. Why? Because as a general rule, criminals ignore laws. "Prohibition" in the 20's. "Reefer madness" in the former part of the 20th century. "The war on drugs." "The war on terror." People wonder why they get labeled as sheep. Sheep do and think what they are trained to do and think. Quite easily. They conform to authority. Automatically. Without thought.

Why do I bring these things up? How do they connect to terrorist attacks and truth versus fiction? Because the entire point of experiencing negative events is to learn from them. So many people ask "Why would god or the universe allow such horrific things to take place?" "Why do the innocent have to suffer?" Those who suffer serve as lessons to the masses. Not for the purpose of instilling fear. But for the purpose of instilling wisdom in the hearts of the meek and defenseless. When the sheep ignore these lessons then they become just as guilty as those who create the acts themselves.

These anti-Muslim campaigns are the absolute last bastion that the powers that were are holding onto. It is true. 10-20% +/- of the Muslim population are, in fact, extremists. That is still a vast minority compared to the peace loving 80-90% of Muslims. Zionism is the would-be epidemic that could have caused World War 3. Completely separate from any religion. Muslim included. World War 3 is NOT going to happen. If it was going to then it would have, already. Read my next blog to find out why I believe this so strongly.


People like Vladmir Putin are no longer allowing threats or intimidation to thwart justified action. The Pentagon is finally controlled by righteous authority. Good things are happening more often. Every day. Despite the horrors and tales of woe that the media focuses on a regular basis.

Seeing the light between the darkness is becoming easier all the time. For those with an open mind and a true heart; nothing can block out the bright future most will see in the times to come. Even five years ago, the fork in the proverbial road of fate for Earth and her inhabitants could have had its tines bent in either direction. Now, the fork is far more polarized and holds but two paths for us all. Which direction will you tune yourself into? That is for you to decide.

Complicity and the "yes, sir" mantras are for those who choose the dark destination and bleak future timelines. The "Terminator" future or the "Star Trek" future. The latter is not only possible. It is probable. Technologies which will provide this path for us have existed for decades. If you do not believe that by this point then you either have not done the research or you have not cared to join the growing ranks of those who actually give a shit about the fate of the planet. Not one aspect of the general populations'  "iPhone/ Kardashian worshipping" zombie-esque day-to-day lifestyle will remain uninfluenced by the changes on the horizon.

If you believe that perpetual welfare, wars, police state, left/ right paradigms will never go away then do those of us who contribute to spreading the truth and the solutions to it all a favor and fall asleep on a train track somewhere. Please. The shoot first and create a new lie system later standard is on the way out ladies and gentlemen. The good guys have won. The old corrupt, treasonous codgers are negotiating their mere existence. They will be blessed to not find themselves hanging high on D.C/ New York/ Texas/ Chicago/ California/ Virginia lamp posts inside the next five years. Not to say or infer that they do not live or commit their evil deeds elsewhere. But as for America, these are the strongholds which most of them reside in.


The time of patience and half measures has ended. The time for revolution and extreme reinvention of all aspects that affect everything from medical care to day care. From farming to freedom of speech. Energy to education. Prepare to see events transpire that will reform our planet and every living part of it. We will see the "illuminati" exposed out in the open. The truth about extra-terrestrial life. The truth about suppressed life and world changing technology.

One thing to take from it all is to keep a cool head when it is all exposed and the truth becomes common knowledge. Instead of hanging people from the lamp posts and giving them death; let's do our best to see to it that they are all thrown into prison for life. That 100% of their ill-gotten assets are seized and given back to the planet in full effort to heal her and create balance between man and nature. No greater revenge exists than the treasonous evil global mobsters being forced to live among the dregs of society they all helped to create.

A New Lease (and outlook) On Life Versus Existence, Plus Apologies

Hello again dear readers. I feel it more than necessary to apologize and explain my extended absence from this blog over the last months. I moved from Virginia to Florida back in October of 2014. It was a difficult transition due to the variance of living conditions I had yet to experience in life. This was actually a really positive thing for me. It gave me renewed hope in my own capabilities and the power to overcome my limitations in life. I have never experienced what might be considered as a "plush" life. A comfy bed and pleasant positive surroundings isn't something I am used to. It's a modest home, but ripe with the things that make a home a home. For that, I feel blessed in more ways I can begin to count. My previous life is complete. I have found the closure that I asked the universe for in my own way for the first 35 years of my life. I have finally taken the first steps as a completely new man. Excitement can't come close to describing how I feel about it all. I am both humbled empowered by it all. The fact readers like yourselves choose to send warm wishes my way and voices of confidence in my direction has thawed what was once a statue of fear. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Living with bi-polar and schizo-affective is not easy. I do not want nor seek any form of sympathy or expect anyone to understand what it means to have these conditions. Perhaps in time the world will understand it for the unique and potentially liberating feeling it can bring. The books I am working on will put things in perspective for anyone who chooses to read them.

Writing an autobiography at the age of 36 is something few believe to have any significance. But, when it is complete and people begin spreading word; it is certain to shake the foundations of understanding not only about mental illness, but about the world we all live in. It is well known that people often shun and ridicule, even ostracize those they do not understand. It is because they fear what they do not understand. Reflection of their own fears and programming is the norm and not the exception unfortunately.

Not only have I undergone an entire rebuilding of my entire being, but I have had incessant epiphanies leading me to entirely new conclusions about the truth that binds our world together. It is in many ways the same truth which separates us. The truth of all truths is a like a dance. A language of the most exquisite nature.

Earth is at the threshold of true evolution. Delicate it may be. But, the momentum has built to unstoppable proportions. This is a very positive thing which will set apart the inequities across the globe. Not to be feared. But embraced. I know in my heart of hearts that what is about to happen is a rebirth of the most purest form of love there is. The love of true oneness with ourselves.

Will there be death? Destruction? Chaos? In a word. Yes. But in the grand scheme of things, pale in comparison to what could have been. The best thing to do is fully and completely open our minds to find our truth. What motivates our most inner fears? What teems from our most highest inner desire? What does our inner spirit say to us at the most important times? What does all the symbolism and divine language keep trying to remind us of? For me, the questions only pulled me in deeper to the mysteries once trapped inside the puzzle box of existence. But, that is how I was built. It is what the stars had in store for me when I was born. Everyone is unique and separate in their own journeys. Yet at the same time, all of existence is tied to the very same point of origin. It is our own expression of the search for truth that both destroys us and unites us.

I am here to argue that the struggle is coming to an end. No matter who you are, what you believe in, or where you live; the truth will either crush you or free you. The choice is yours and yours alone. There is no one answer as to how to arrive to your conclusion. Nobody can hand you the solution to your own puzzle. No matter how much influence they have or implied control they surround you with. The freest place anyone can live is in their own mind. There are no limitations there except the ones you impose on it. As much as they want to; the governments can not control your thoughts and own your very spirit. Only your voluntary surrender can do that for them. Guns, tanks and the laws of men control what you allow them to. How the "end" plays out is ultimately up to you.

If you want to believe the military is going to kick down your door and plug rounds in you and your loved ones unless you take a microchip, then you may get what you ask for. If you believe a giant group of planets and comets will sweep past us and end all life then you get that as well. The answers have been plastered everywhere for us to see. It is simply that the truth is stranger than fiction. Fiction is what you define it as. We have never lost the power to shape our world. We only forgot that we had it to begin with. The truth can be simple if you allow it to be.

Our eyes deceive us more than we know. Our minds are our real eyes. They can either be the most beautiful and serene bastion of glory or the epitome of our most twisted nightmares. We are truly the masters of our own domains. When the world as a whole realizes this then the collective will of all humans will create the heaven we all dream of as one.

The language of existence is being written every second of each passing day. The will of love and unity and peace is leagues and bounds more powerful than the facade of dying old men who are desperately grasping at shorter straws to try and scare us back into a manufactured open air global prison. When we allow ourselves to forget the manufactured divide and conquer strategies of our governments and truly unite then the answers will instantly expose themselves.

Indeed the elites worst nightmares will come to fruition. Hanging from lamp posts would be a blessing compared to other possibilities that permeate their own minds that haunt them each night. More and more the end torments them. They want a bloody ending. A quick death is far more than they deserve. Rotting in the most deplorable prison for as long as medically possible would serve their demise far better in my own opinion. A swift death would free them from their own worst hell. Take away the devil's devices and he is left with nothing but his own truth. The creeping feeling that karma has broken through their formerly impenetrable defenses.

What they have wrought is a toll that is unpayable. Impossible to recompense. They are more than aware of this and have been trying every despicable trick in their decaying book to avoid this. It has failed. The only tricks left will (quite sparingly) delay their own demise. The trap has been set. They have no choice but to take the bait. Either that or voluntarily do their best to relinquish all their ill-gotten wealth and assets. Plus admit all the facts of the misdeeds of all their bloodlines throughout the ages. The only choice left for the good guys (believe it or not, they are legion) to make is whether or not to take it all forcibly or continue trying to reason with the corrupt, incestuous sycophants.

I only bring my readers my own truth. It is there for one of two purposes. You can either take from it in a positive way or a negative way. I only hope that you make the choice that guides you to conclusions which free you via a method of your making. We all walk our own paths. But, it doesn't mean that we can't take our cues from time to time from others' paths which we cross during that walk. I don't want anyone who reads my work to "swallow it hook, line, and sinker." I simply want people to open their minds and hearts to a few things that could lead them to their own version of peace.

I have so much to share with you all. Some of it will come through this blog. But the bulk of it all will arrive in the next few years in book and video form. I am my own worst critic and will never stop trying to grow. I refuse to release any book or video until it is my own version of perfect. Hopefully you all can appreciate that as I appreciate your audience with me. Namaste.

Actions Towards Establishing A Free World, Part One: Introduction To Liberties

Everyone has heard it. Everyone has thought it at least once. "That's impossible." "It's too hard." "It's too dangerous." "What if someone laughs at you?" "What if we get caught?" One of the primary problems in our society is the illusion that if we step outside our comfort zone, we'll be crushed. Don't worry. Your pal, The Stormcaller is here to set the record straight...

First and foremost, "what if?" needs to be stricken from your vocabulary. Not one thing worth a damn in the world was created with the concept of doubting. The inventions, most of which are the most beneficial and are suppressed by the governments, were created by people with a vision to think outside the sphere. Yeah, yeah, I know. Thinking outside the box is the phrase. I have always said that it's not enough to think outside the box. "Think outside the box and you merely alter the mundane. Think outside the sphere and you change the world." That is a direct quote from my autobiography coming out this spring called "Dark Secrets: My Unhinged Schizophrenic Life." It is so true, though. If people just stopped the fear of failure or ridicule then we all could accomplish peace and abundance on Earth. It truly is that simple. End fear.

Fear is what our governments want us to do. They keep us distracted while they stuff their pockets with cash and precious metals to pay for assassins, espionage, tanks, ships, jets, and nuclear weapons. I have a question that I guarantee the U.S government will refuse to answer. Where is the law that any U.S worker must pay income tax? In this video, if you watch it entirely, it PROVES that all Americans have been lied to about being required to pay income tax. Not only that, it explains where our tax money actually goes. When former IRS employees come out and win in court, proving these laws fail to exist; It's time for us all to unite and crush the establishment.

I would like to point out that other countries, which do have laws requiring income tax, provide FREE health care and FREE education for all their citizens. Hell, Europe is working on a bill that gives 2,800 dollars a month to all their citizens for doing nothing! Where does America's money go? Toward paying interest on the debt that our government borrows every day on programs that the vast majority of us do not want or support in the first place. State and personal property taxes and fines go towards our children's education and our infrastructure. Not one penny of our federal income tax goes to anything most of believes it goes to. I guarantee you that all it would take for us to topple our corrupt system is to simply stop paying federal income taxes. They think they control our money. 100% of ALL their control is implied via fear tactics and propaganda. The trend is building to rise up in the U.S and demand profound change. It's high time we all did. We can follow so many other countries in their uprisings and remove our elect.

Now that I vented my frustration, I will steer back on course from my tangent. The message is still there, though. Nothing is impossible. Fear is manufactured. It is taught. Love and unity is inherent. No matter where we are in the world; It only takes one person to make a difference. I believe that one person could one day unite all of us across the globe. But our strength lies in numbers. It also lies in wisdom. We must get to know ourselves first. Filter out and eliminate all our doubts and fears, then tackle issues that we are struggling with. There are so many phrases that describe this. But there is only one word that unites every being in existence. That word is love. The day will come when the world will realize that we have been deceived. In our religions. In our laws. In technology. In our health care. In our rights. In our liberty. Too long we as a race have been separated by illusion. The few people behind the projector have tried, and in many cases succeeded, in taking our dreams from us. Now the time has come for us to take them back. To empower ourselves.

We need to stop waiting for someone else to "save us." Religions have a place that says we can save ourselves. Salvation comes from forgiveness. Unconditional forgiveness and love. We all MUST begin doing this with ourselves first. Freeing yourself is simply a matter of forgiving yourself and believing in your ability to make positive changes in your own life. It doesn't matter what your dreams entail. In the day and age we live in, If we fight for it then we can one day make all of those dreams come true. The future is now.

Our so called "leaders" have kept grave truths from us all. They are beginning to flow out into the world for all to see. If you dig just a little bit then you will find that so many wildly "futuristic" technologies have been here for years. Some even say that time travel is used by the top elite to keep us enslaved in a hum drum way of life. Mind control used to keep us docile and unable to think freely and dumb us down. It's not some "hippie bullshit" that all humans have what is called a pineal gland. It is our spiritual antennae. Science has proven this. The chemicals, which zero are needed, are pumped into our water supply in order to keep this gland calcified. If corporate corruption was forced out of our food and water then even those who are blind would see the truth about what the government rubs in our faces every day. They program you to believe these things are ridiculous. To make it unpopular to question their authority and motives. I have such pity and compassion for those who choose not to look at the mountains of evidence that uncovers their motives.

Freedom is a God given right for all beings. I like the word liberty because it defines something naturally occurring rather than given. Governments don't give us our freedom. God does. If you're an atheist or agnostic then good. Your "meat sack" has a brain. That brain enables you to think freely when not exerted on by an external entity.

The biggest theme here is that us, as human beings, must stop being led into the proverbial arena to a fight to the death by people who control the outcome with purely corrupt tactics. Looking at the big picture requires taking all the distractions away and examining the facts. Once all the facts are gathered then we, as a race, must unite on common ground. This is far easier to do than most people realize. We must look at what is moral and widely accepted as being good for all mankind. In my next post, I will examine the world's common ground issues and, perhaps, get into some controversial topics as well.

Activism: The Issues That Call Out To Us All

You might have noticed by now that an exponentially growing number of people across the planet are beginning to speak up about the issues that are shaping our world for the times ahead. You also may notice the ever-increasing number of governments and corporate entities that have been proven to be involved in some nasty, nefarious measures that can be described as nothing short of crimes against humanity. With a paradigm of profound change being ushered into this world; It's no surprise that a movement is occurring. This is a movement that transcends any traditional definition. It is a revolution that demands drastic change. Not the kind of "change" we were all promised for the last two elections, either.

I speak of this as if it only effects the United States. That is quite the contrary. It is evident in all parts of the world. There is no area left truly untouched. Our oceans are being polluted at alarming rates by disasters. Our wildlife is being slaughtered and driven from their natural environments. Our skies are being sprayed with chemicals that do great harm to our one and only planet. Our food is poisoned with GMO's by a company that has an agenda to control everything we take into our bodies. Our children are being sold off for profit to families far worse than the ones they were torn from. Our money is being stolen from us and spend on wars and programs a fraction of us actually support. Treason has been carried out by our "leaders". They must pay the price. They must be stopped.

What we are seeing more and more every is not chaos. It's progress. Why else would the governments of our world be frantically making moves to control even more of our lives and strip our freedoms from us? They want our guns and create excuses for doing so. They want our personal communications and create excuses for doing so. They want more of our hard earned money to force us to buy into their programs that should be covered by other programs that they said would do the same things. It's just a new deal with the same goal. Poor and downright criminal use of our money in exchange for shoddy services that should be free in the first place. They are scared. They see where their treasonous and criminal ways are being exposed. They want our internet because the news sources on her can be and are being trusted more than the mainstream news.

It's a blame game. They have most people thinking about republican versus democrat or conservative versus liberal. It's a divide and conquer strategy. It has been working according to plan for them. Until now. There are emerging groups of people with unified ideals. Liberty over structure. Choice over force. Peace over war. It's far easier to get results when the people are provided with rules that make it easier to progress. Our prison system is there to make money. Not to punish. If it were up to the governments of the world they would throw people in a hole somewhere and keep the people on the books to keep getting funded for their plush offices and sports cars. Truly free people have choices. If they can start a business of their own and create jobs and positive lifestyles for others then it adds to the growth of nations. Legalize drugs and it removes the need to regulate them. It also removes the power from the cartels and gives money to the economy. The taxes can be used for schools, recovery, education, infrastructure, and cleaning up the environment.

All of the things that people have believed to be true for so long will be proven as lies in the coming months and years leading up to 2020. The world will be a far different place by then. I feel it in every ounce of my being. All of the suppressed technologies will become known and real progress will be made toward providing clean water, food, and clothing to needy children. The oil industry will fall. Healthy food will eventually become abundant and the freedom of expression and healthy use of imaginative learning will manifest in the coming times.

Now is the time when what we fight for becomes a part of our lives. More importantly, what we don't fight for makes the opposite become parts of our lives as well. More are waking up to the illusion set in place by the "elite". More are making a stand. It might not seem like it at first glance, but we are beginning to win the fight. Positive energy is spreading. Nobody really wants war except those paid to wage it. Those who support both sides and decide the outcome are the the only ones who benefit. When we stand up for what we believe in then look what is forced to happen. We told our government, "NO MORE WAR!" They were dumbfounded by the response. When we do the same thing on every issue then it unites us.

Instead of looking at the small pieces which appear horrible, we all need to step back and look at the picture as a whole, and continue digging our feet in until true, measurable change is implemented. When we don't fall victim to the imposed trappings of fear that the powers of our world put in place; We empower ourselves to create a positive world for our future.

No matter what your heart tells you to be passionate about; speak up! Nobody can take your beliefs away from you unless you allow them to. You can make a true difference on your own. Imagine if each of us made two other people stop and think about the issues that are prevalent today. If we gave them the pause to stand up and fight for good causes then that is immense growth by utilizing just a little of our time and effort. Speak up and let your voice be heard. Let your expressive nature run rampant and be known. It is well worth it even if one person sees it and takes notice.

Calling Out Treason In The Government!

    I saw this link pop up on my screen and was compelled to act immediately! It's like watching books from over 500 years ago come to life. For the sake of brevity. Look up Obama's healthcare plan. Pages 1000-1018?ish and see more proof for yourself. The seed of truth of what I am talking about. Ever hear of the "mark of the beast"? Yes, the biblical reference. Well it's written in plain black and white. Firstly being billed as an "optional" medical device implant which supposedly makes it easier for hospitals to keep your medical information in order to be more "efficient". What about the added recognition "features" it has. Such as the ability to open your car door, sign into your computer, or open the door to your house?! This medical bill can be amended just as any other bill. All it takes is a quick session of Congress and a change of one word to make it go from voluntary to involuntary. Science fiction has become Science fact ladies and gentlemen. Great lengths have been taken to guise modern day technology purposely. Even the sheep can't deny it. Combine that with the videos on YouTube that have 100's of 1,000's of views which pertain directly to the craziness that has ensued in recent time and you get front row fruition of what so many dismissed as absurd (myself included) for most of our entire lives.

    I've spoken before about being aware and having an open mind. I have shown many people just how far the government's already inflated power reaches. They want the power to imprison our own citizens with zero cause or proof. Some spoke of this over a year ago. You've heard about FEMA and the camps being built world-wide? Maybe you've heard Obama speak of how he desires just exactly what this insane bill contains which Congress is preparing to vote on in less than one day from now? How about the ever-increasing power of FEMA itself? Our country wants to wage war on its own citizens based solely on what they describe as a terrorist act. Could be anything. But hey, when they have full reign to never give a reason, why not just build giant blast furnaces and have a new-age Holocaust? This is an outrage! How DARE they piss all over our rights, burn through our money for lies, greed, and slaughter, giving us more lies as excuses to further eliminate our democracy. I once heard a great quote from a military man stating that, "A million soldiers with top-notch weaponry and the best training on the planet does no good if none of them pull the trigger." Government wants to execute mass treason against it's own people!! They are masking their own treason, using alleged treason as their excuse. My god, save us. IN GOD I TRUST. How about you?

    I want to know what even the most seasoned military officers think about the possibility of being responsible for detaining and even possibly firing upon its own people they have been sworn to protect?! Good lord, what has this world come to? If the end times aren't here, I'll be eating boot sandwiches for the rest of my life. In case some of you may be wondering; I am not insane. I do not wear tin-foil hats, rolling in peanut butter while awaiting aliens to beam me into their space crafts. I have, however, done a ton of research this past 14 months and have came to many very provable conclusions. Much of this research is assisting me in my writing my book. By now, I think my writing prowess has been proven to a very fair extent. I edit my own work. (punctuation is not always right, I know this) I have guts, a creative edge, unending drive, and willpower which rivals that of some of the best pioneers ever known. I am a Scorpio. It's in my blood.

    If you ask me; the government has now defecated on the rights, freedoms, liberties, and trust of not only the American people, but our soldiers & officers of each and every military branch, the citizens and leaders of many other nations, and now God himself. It doesn't matter what you call your higher power. What ever religion you follow, I do not look down upon you at all. It's not our beliefs which define us, it's our actions that define us. Damn it. I refuse to sit silent while treacherous acts are committed against us all. This should prompt every eligible voter to stand up against this evil bill being voted on Monday and Tuesday. I don't particularly enjoy the subject of politics either. But, when serious issues arise that stand to threaten the lives of every man, woman, and child on the planet; we have a duty to get involved. A duty to act heroic without being in the military or picking up a weapon. Vote out the insane Senators who support this bill and charge them with treason themselves!!

    In case some folks haven't caught wind of this yet; I love America. I just hate its corruption. "Oh, but you say you're a peaceful man who loves everything and believes that love conquers all." Maybe some people believe I'm a closet "hippie". Someone, such as myself, who will support the right to bear arms and would plug multiple rounds into anyone who stepped forth into my home who failed to announce, possess, and display a warrant; "hippie" is a term that obviously does not describe me. I also am very anti-illegal immigration. I don't believe in global warming. I had thought long and hard about becoming a police officer myself after high school. I was told I would make an excellent one. One of my teachers in high school also said I would make an excellent attorney. I suppose I should have listened to the man. I am not, never have been, never will be a "narc" as they're called, though. Most who label me as one are likely one themselves. If someone's life or physical health is in imminent, immediate danger; I would not call the police. I have and would take matters into my own hands. Then, when the threat is neutralized, I would call the police. If the business does not 100% directly deal with or affect me, I will not get involved. I have always been that way. That is the trait I possess which made me not become a police officer.

    In summary; I urge everyone who reads this to call your representative 100 times a day if need be and tell them they have no chance of re-election if they vote yes on supporting this communist garbage of a bill. Shame on them for merely suggesting such a twisted idea. Excuse me folks. I am going to get sick. God Bless.<3

Calling on Congress to Do the Right Thing

I am writing as your constituent in the 11th Congressional district of Virginia. I oppose H.R.2883 - Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act

While this bill may seem to so many members of Congress as one which should be taken for granted as a "no-brainer" due to the length of time these laws have been in place; I am here to simply ask not only the representatives of Virginia but ALL members of Congress to read over the highlights of what these laws empower agencies such the C.P.S to accomplish.

Perhaps you all have known what powers they possess and perhaps you do not. I am certainly no politician, however, I AM a concerned parent foremost, and a concerned citizen of the State of Virginia and this once great nation that hundreds of millions of people call home.

It may seem to members of Congress after details are found about who I am and exactly what I am involved in that I am nothing but a jaded man who feels dumped on by "the system". This initial perception is not an unexpected reaction.

I do have 100's of people who, if were in the same room, could and would convince you otherwise. Being profiled is nothing new to me. I ask you all to please not look at me as one person but to look at me as a man who represents the voices of millions of parents and children across this nation. Now, from the past, and in the future forward.

In 1974, CAPTA was signed into law. Expediously I might add. If I were an older man and knew what this act entailed back then; I likely would have taken great action in getting the details of its powers assimilated into a large message to every parent in America, written in plain english and plastered all over newspapers, magazines, television, and shouted the message in the streets.

Noone whom I represent would tell any member of Congress that laws protecting children need not be in place. However, I can guarantee you that if each and every citizen of the U.S were aware of exactly what C.P.S, D.F.S and the family courts are capable of; Not ONE person would agree to it. Save the C.P.S & D.F.S employees themselves.

Perhaps I am just stating the obvious and the ladies and gentlemen of Congress have full knowledge and details of what goes on in C.P.S investigations. Or maybe you just assume that you do. While my particular case is but one example, there are literally millions of instances over time where children have been taken from their parents. Permanently.

One could argue that there has been many cases in C.P.S since 1974 and the numbers only appear staggering. Broken down on an annual basis, while I do not know the exact statistics; I can say they are still staggering.

The supposed goal of C.P.S and D.F.S is mandated as "Full reunification of the family whenever possible." If the ladies and gentlemen of Congress were to read my blog I promise there would be some who either thought I was drastically exaggerating or downright lieing. I can promise you all that some of you would want to look into the matter more deeply to see what is true and what is not. This is not a publicity stunt nor am I using this platform as free advertisement. I am like many of the members of Congress in that I do have an agenda. My particular agenda is one of a personal nature that truly rivals even those of President Obama. Bold statement? Many would say yes. But I ask you; What issues are more important than our children? How about our god-given right, our responsibility to nurture, educate, protect and love them?

Even the prison system goes to grave measures, expense, and risk in trying to rehabilitate even the most hardened of criminals. That being said, why does a system, an act named CAPTA whose outer shell appears so dire and fundamental, allow for the travesties of justice that occur EVERY DAY against children & their parents?

Again, maybe I appear an extremist. Especially in an election year, who would want to rock the boat in such a way as to go against what is deemed normal in modern society?

Maybe you all have already made up your minds. Maybe my words fall on deaf ears. I ask you all to please not allow this to happen. Take a look at my story. It is a story that serves not only my desires and agenda. It is one which affects the very fiber of what the word "Family" stands for.

What good is a family without its children? What purpose does it serve to strive to improve the lives of our loved ones when our loved ones have to live in fear that they could be taken from us, their parents? The parents whom will care for them and have a personal stake in doing so. A personal stake of blood or adoptive relation, of basing their relationship or marraige through making any and all sacrifices to keep our children safe. To raise them better than we were. To try and improve them in ways that we all wished we had improved ourselves in our youth.

Once again, noone is saying that laws should not be in place to protect our children. What everyone is saying is to not only oppose this bill, but to remove CAPTA as a whole. Permanently. Then strive to build a new act. One that serves the interests of the parents, children, and the families of today. One that removes the grossly overexpressed powers of agencies such as the C.P.S. One that publicly educates parents on what can, should, and will be done when their actions are put into question.

When an agency has the power to walk into someones house, bark ridiculous expectations at parents such as not having a couple dishes in the sink, a few items of clothing next to the washer, or saying that it is too taxing on children to make them clean their own room; They need to be stopped. Yes this happens. Far more than any of you might realize.

Do we all not have enough problems, responsibilities, and overall worries and concerns to address on a daily basis without having to worry about our children being taken from us for any reason C.P.S deems fit?

Our country has obvious financial, infrastructure, human interests, foreign relations, employment, and countless other issues to address. Noone should expect perfection. Noone is perfect. Nor is ANY institution or anything else comprised of human beings.

On that note, even murderers are given grace and the opportunity to make things right and become rehabilitated. Billions of FEDERAL dollars are spent on the C.P.S system annually. It is broken down from state-to-state and county-to-county. What most fail to realize, many times through no fault of their own, is that these large sums of money are being spent in ways which deeply wound the hearts and minds of parents and children every day.

More than enough money is already available for these agencies to give each case far more personal attention than it already does. Unique cases and instances exist that deserve and need this personal attention. This attention needs to be used on every case in a truthful and reasonable manner.

C.P.S Social Workers have financial incentive to lie, exaggerate, deliberately misquote and take out of context the occurances which they are paid to investigate. Lies are made about how much money is received for every child adopted out to strangers. Most times needlessly.

The problem is viewed as a whole and the tired line of "best interests of the children" is shamelessly abused. Taxpayers' money is spent in effort of getting more reward paid out for making a mockery of the institution that supports it.

The issue needs to be addressed now. Not later. It is one that could very well save a large portion of taxpayer money than is spent on it already. I have many ideas as viable options that would keep children with the ones who truly love them.
